How we handle data
Hyranse operates a B2B recruitment platform. We process two main categories of personal data:
- Customer account data — information you provide when you register, subscribe, or contact support;
- Candidate professional data — publicly available professional information compiled to help recruiters discover candidates for legitimate hiring purposes.
We maintain a professional profile search index and customer accounts. We do not use candidate data for unrelated advertising or sale of personal data. We never resell or redistribute professional profile data as a standalone dataset, marketing list, or data-broker product. Retention periods and legal bases are described in our Privacy Policy.
Pre-application use and AI-assisted features
Hyranse is used in the pre-application discovery phase of recruitment. AI-assisted search suggests profiles for recruiter review; it does not make hiring, rejection, or employment decisions about candidates. Customers review every result and decide whether to contact a candidate. See Section 4.3 of our Privacy Policy and Section 5 of our Transparency Notice.
